“WAHLÄRZTE” FOR ALL AUSTRIAN HEALTH INSURANCES

Accordingly, you may send all medical invoices – after payment – to your insurance with a request for reimbursement. Pursuant to social security regulations, you will receive an average of 80% of those costs your health insurance would have to pay if you had consulted an in-network provider. Health insurances settle their invoices every quarter.

Appointments by telephone during office times at +43 (0)1 369 98 25.
Outside these times, please leave a message (name, telephone number and the reason for your call) on the answering machine – we will dependably call you back as soon as possible! 

To cancel appointments, please contact us on weekdays and at least 48 hours before the agreed appointment by phone or email!
Appointments not canceled in good time must be billed for the lost time.

Please understand that we also have to provide a fee for tele-ordinations or telephone consultations.
